One shows that people in the CIA—Gary Underhill specifically in the below document—were worried that a “small clique” within the agency was responsible for the assassination. Underhill was worried for his life and was suicided months later:

Another interesting angle is that the CIA asked for one term to be redacted from the files—just one—and that was all mentions of Israeli intelligence. These were not redacted and what was revealed is a shocking look into how the US intelligence agencies act.
It’s clear why. JFK wanted to strip the CIA of its autonomy, force AIPAC (formerly AZC) to register as a foreign agent, block Israel’s nuclear ambitions, and challenge the Federal Reserve’s grip on U.S. currency.
