VIDEO: Dominion System Accepting Duplicate, Blank, Fraudulent Ballots
A video from Georgia shows the Dominion voting and tabulation system accepting duplicate ballots, potentially fraudulent ballots, and blank ballots. The person in control of the scanning process controls the votes.
It is likely that these types of errors would be resolved in a hand recount, but not when the county clerks are instructed to use the count from election night and not the recount number:
