Was Trump's Second Attempted Assassin Ryan Routh a CIA Asset?

Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was taken into custody after allegedly fleeing shrubbery outside the West Palm Beach golf course and leaving an AK-47 behind.

Many have speculated that Routh is a CIA asset of some sort:
