BREAKING: Maricopa Board of Supervisors Will Not Comply With Subpoena to Turn Over Dominion Machines

In a meeting to discuss a subpoena by the Arizona State Senate to turn over Dominion voting machines, the Maricopa county Board of Supervisors voted to not comply and petition the Arizona Supreme Court:
One Supervisor said, “These subpoenas are unrealistic in their timeframes…There are real Constitutional issues with these subpoenas. I look forward to when we can get some clarification from the court…”
They also are necessary to protect the integrity of a highly contested election.
