You Are Paying For Islamic Terrorism in Syria Compliments of Obama
In case you were paying attention to the NSA scandal, Benghazi-gate, the amnesty calamity, or any other outrageous actions by the Obama administration and the broader federal government instead, you may have missed the fact that our president is funding terrorists in Syria and fueling a regional conflict that some have likened to the prelude to World War III.
Obama has been secretly supporting the rebels since mid 2012 but recently has announced that he plans on increasing military support.
Sources are reporting that Benghazi was actually a front for funneling weapons to rebels in Syria, many of whom are affiliated with Al-Qaeda.
Senator Rand Paul introduced a bill to prevent funding the rebels. “The President’s unilateral decision to arm Syrian rebels is incredibly disturbing, considering what little we know about whom we are arming,” said Paul. “Engaging in yet another conflict in the Middle East with no vote or Congressional oversight compounds the severity of this situation. The American people deserve real deliberation by their elected officials before we send arms to a region rife with extremists who seek to threaten the U.S. and her allies.”
Well, day by day, we learn more about whom we would be funding as this article reports:
Syrian Orthodox bishop and his assistant, beheaded by militants logistically protected by Israel and armed by NATO/EU/USA/petromonarchies. The three are brutally executed – beheaded with a small combat knife. Echoing previous beheading recorded by insurgents, the head is held up to the cheers of onlookers and then placed on the body.
This month has seen an escalation in sectarian atrocities committed by insurgents, who have been publicly armed and supported by America, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and other actors.
This is unacceptable. Even before this US-sponsored terrorism, Obama should have been relieved of duty. This puts him over the top. While the mainstream media is mum on the topic, some civil libertarians are speaking out. Noam Chomsky has made it clear that Obama is no better than Bush, calling him a war criminal.
