Details about a “military-grade” censorship operation were revealed during a Congressional hearing featuring journalists @shellenberger and @mtaibbi.

During testimony, we learned about the inner workings of an organization called CTIL, the “Cyber Threat Intelligence League” and how they operated to infiltrate aspects of the United States Government with the purpose of censoring Americans.
