The Legal Civil War of 2020
Shortly after the November 3rd presidential election when several swing states miraculously flipped from comfortable Trump leads to narrow Biden leads, the eventuality of a legal battle became inevitable.
Many parties filed suit to contest shady elections in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona to various degrees of success but the State of Texas dropped a bombshell suit Tuesday alleging that four of those states violated their own election law, which caused harm to the constitutional rights of people in other states.
The suit, which has yet to be agreed to be heard by the Court has set off a firestorm of legal action.
Several states have joined the lawsuit. More states have filed amici in support. 106 US representatives have signed on with their support. Even legislators in the defendant state of Pennsylvania have filed amici in support of the Plaintiff.
This could be the most important legal battle of our time.
