Evidently there is some mechanism that keeps various candidates at a certain total percentage.
One theory is that these predetermined ratios weren’t high enough to give Biden the win and when they saw the overwhelming support for Trump on election day, the various states stopped counting votes and introduced more fraudulent ballots.
