BREAKING: FBI was Behind Twitter Political Censorship to Protect Biden

UPDATE: Testimony reveals the FBI knew the Hunter Biden laptop was authentic, but when asked by a social media company about the laptop’s authenticity the FBI said “no further comment.”

Ever since the Twitter Files story broke, establishment types are rationalizing the leaks simply as an act of a private business and therefore not a violation of the First Amendment guarantee of free speech.

The “Biden Team” was demanding the censorship:

At the time, however, the Biden Team wasn’t “government,” they were just a presidential campaign and they can demand whatever they want from a private company.

As Musk wrote, “Twitter acting by itself to suppress free speech is not a 1st Amendment violation, but acting under orders from the government to suppress free speech, with no judicial review, is.”

It has become clear that government did work with social media companies to censor content.

Just before Twittergate, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt revealed the findings of a deposition of FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan, stating on Twitter that “the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech – from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns.”

Per Schmitt, “Chan, the FBI’s FTIF, and senior CISA officials had meetings with social media companies in the lead-up to the 2020 election, in which Chan personally told the social media companies that there could potentially be a Russian ‘hack and leak’ operation shortly before the election.”

Schmitt continued:

“Chan stated that the FBI regularly sent social media companies lists of URLs and social media accounts that should be taken down because they were disinformation from “malign foreign influence operations.” The FBI then inquired whether the platforms have taken down the content…On many occasions, the platforms took down the accounts flagged by the FBI.”

Many Twitter employees came from the FBI, including the head of Twitter’s Strategic Response Team at the time Twitter was actively censoring conservative speech:

Twitter’s former Global Head of Trust and Safety, Yoel Roth, acknowledged this week after the 2020 election:

‘I was told in these meetings that the intelligence community expected that individuals associated with political campaigns would be subject to hacking attacks and that material obtained through those hacking attacks would likely be disseminated over social media platforms, including Twitter,’ Roth said according to the New York Post.

As The Intercept reported in October, the Department of Homeland Security is playing a major role in the censorship too:

The work, much of which remains unknown to the American public, came into clearer view earlier this year when DHS announced a new “Disinformation Governance Board”: a panel designed to police misinformation (false information spread unintentionally), disinformation (false information spread intentionally), and malinformation (factual information shared, typically out of context, with harmful intent) that allegedly threatens U.S. interests. While the board was widely ridiculed, immediately scaled back, and then shut down within a few months, other initiatives are underway as DHS pivots to monitoring social media now that its original mandate — the war on terror — has been wound down.

Behind closed doors, and through pressure on private platforms, the U.S. government has used its power to try to shape online discourse.

Back in August, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the FBI had initiated the censorship of the Hunter Biden Laptop story.

“Basically, the FBI came to us some folks on our team. I was like, hey, just so you know, like you should be on high alert. There was, we thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election, we have it on notice that basically that there’s about to be a dump that’s similar to that so just be vigilant.”

The Hunter laptop as a Russian disinformation hoax came from the FBI and was pushed to social media, which did their bidding. They used the 2016 Russia, Russia, Russia hoax to perpetrate another hoax and to violation the Constitution in order to install Biden.

And it wasn’t just social media censorship. Two months after the FBI subpoenaed the laptop Hunter Biden had abandoned at a Delaware computer repair store, the Drug Enforcement Administration searched the office of Hunter’s one-time psychiatrist Keith Ablow and seized a second laptop Hunter had left with him. The Federalist reports that this second raid “and the fact that criminal charges were never filed against Ablow, coupled with whistleblowers’ claims that the FBI buried evidence against Hunter Biden, raises the question of whether the search was a pretext to recover Hunter’s laptop and protect the Biden family.”

Biden was the Deep State candidate. Whether Biden was working for the FBI or vice versa is immaterial. They are one organism. Once the censorship happened, it was a violation of the Constitution.

Why was the FBI so worried about the Hunter Biden laptop? It wasn’t because of lewd photos of Hunter and prostitutes. It was because it incriminated Joe Biden in illegal business deals.

And it wasn’t just the Hunter Biden laptop story that the FBI was concerned with. They wanted to quash any talk of election fraud:

The Twitter Files, far from being proof simply of partisan employees of a private company, show that the federal government—the Deep State—has been pushing censorship on a massive scale and changed the course of at the very least the 2020 presidential election.
